It includes quality accommodations in highly recommended hotels and is packed with activities and adventure. The standard hotels offered are either exclusively gay or gay-friendly. Your days are filled with exciting tours as well as time for relaxation.

Day 1
Arrival: San José International Airport (other possible option: Liberia Airport)
First, head to Colours Oasis Resort or other select hotel for 2 nights in the San Jose area. Spend the rest of the day by the pool, or take a cab into central San José and explore the city. If you arrive early in the day, there are many additional activities we can suggest.
Additional nights at Colours Oasis Resort can be added for as low as $35.00 per person per night.
Day 2
Some of our tour recommendations are the amazing Poas Volcano half-day tour, or the beautiful La Paz Waterfalls tour. San Jose is central to many destinations, so it is the perfect place to begin many day trips.
Other great options are the Irazu Volcano and Orosi Valley or full day Isla Tortuga Tour. The other option is to just relax poolside at Colours Oasis Resort as you will need all your energy when you head out to explore the local San Jose gay scene.
Day 3
Manuel Antonio
This morning you will be picked up either early in the morning or early afternoon at Colours Oasis resort. Then We’re off to the Pacific—to the famous Manuel Antonio National Park and its beautiful beaches. There is even a secluded gay section of the beach that the locals have sectioned off with flags especially for you!.
We’ll pick you up at your San José hotel and bring you directly to Villa Roca located high up on the hill with amazing ocean views for a 3-night stay. Additional nights can be added for as low as $67.00 per person per night.
Day 4
Manuel Antonio
In Manuel Antonio:
We’ll pick you up at your hotel and take you out on a sailing and snorkeling tour, one of the best ways to see the area above and below the water! Spend the rest of your day exploring the park, the beautiful beaches or just relaxing by the pool.
Day 5
Manuel Antonio
On this day you can either relax poolside or at the beach. If you prefer we can add an optional Guided Tour of the park. This is highly recommended, as the guides are trained for spotting wildlife.

Hotel Manoa
Monteverde is famous for its world-renowned cloud forest. In this high-altitude rain forest, you can experience many varieties of unique flora and fauna. Those who visit this region often comment on its magical qualities.
We’ll pick you up in Manuel Antonio and take you to your Monteverde hotel for a one-night stay at Rustic Lodge or upgrade to Hotel Belmar. While here, you can explore the area on your own, or do the highly-recommended Sky Trek Zipline tour, or go on a hiking tour to at the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve? The following morning you’ll travel by van and boat across beautiful Lake Arenal to La Fortuna and Arenal Volacano.
Day 6
Arenal La Fortuna
On to Arenal Volcano! A comfortable minibus shuttle is available to take you to Arenal, where you can spend two nights at Arenal Manoa in La Fortuna or upgrade a resort-style hotels like Arenal Nayara. In the evening, we’ll pick you up at your hotel for a Night Time Volcano Tour and then on to the famous The Springs Resort, Hot Springs and Spa where you can enjoy the many different pools and amenities of the resort. Enjoy a delicious dinner while taking in an excellent view of the volcano.
Day 7
The next day, you can choose either a free day to explore the area on your own, a visit to Lake Arenal, or add an Arenal Waterfall by Horseback half-day tour.
Other amazing tour options include the Losta canyon Canyoning tour and the very exciting Sky River Drift or Sky Trek and Tram.
Day 8
Get ready for the most exciting time you’ll ever have getting wet!! Whitewater Rafting on the famous Pacuare River to the Caribbean. With an early pickup at your hotel in Arenal, you’re on your way for an all-day adventure on Costa Rica’s most popular river. You’ll begin with a hearty breakfast at the rafting center. Your luggage is stored in a locked container. Then, it’s a full-day trip on this most beautiful and exhilarating river. Lunch is included.At the end of the day, you are transported to Puerto Viejo, on Costa Rica’s pristine Caribbean Coast, for a 2-night stay at Banana Azul. Add on additional nights if you’d like to stay longer.Puerto Viejo sits on the Caribbean coast—a charming, colorful town flanked by gorgeous, pristine beaches. You can experience many fun and exciting tours here or rent a bike and explore the area on your own.

Day 9
Puerto Viejo – Cahuita
Today you can choose one of our exciting CFT Daily Tours! Choose from one of these popular tours like our newest Caribbeans Chocolate and Historical trail Tour on Mondays, or Cahuita National Park Hike and Waterfall Tour Tuesdays and Thursdays or The Animal Rescue Center and Punta Uva on Wednesday and Friday , Manzanillo Reserve and Monkey Trail.on Saturdays!
Optional add-on to Tortuguero
Tortuguero National Park, located on the northern part of the Caribbean coast, is reachable only by boat or by air. In this unspoiled nature, jungle canals and turtle watching await you.We’ll pick you up at your Puerto Viejo hotel and bring you to Tortuguero by mini-bus and boat for a 1-night stay at a lodge.
Included in this add on are tours of the canals as well as all your meals. Boat and shuttle transport to San Jose on the following afternoon. Boat and shuttle will transport you back to San Jose the following afternoon.
Optional add-on to Bocas del Toro, Panama
Our Bocas del Toro trips include transportation from Puerto Viejo to Bocas del Toro, Panama, by way of shared van and boat ride to the islands. Choose your style of accommodations—either moderate or luxury option on the main island. Breakfast is included, and, depending on how many days you stay, an afternoon activity or a full-day tour with lunch as well. You also have the option to return to San Jose by land or air.For those staying only one night, you can either go snorkeling or deep boarding in the afternoon, before enjoying a lovely dinner in Bocas Town or at your lodge.
The following morning is your free day, to discover the islands or just relax on a secluded beach. At noon, you will begin your departure back to Puerto Viejo. If you choose to stay two nights, you will have the first day?? rest of the day free to visit one of the nearby islands or just have a walk around town. The second day, you will go on a tour to Cayo Zapatillo, where you can try out deep boarding, the new and fun way to snorkel. The tour includes snorkeling equipment and lunch. After a day of enjoying all the water fun, you can spend the evening in Bocas Town or at your lodge, and return to Puerto Viejo the next day after breakfast. If you would like an additional morning to explore the beautiful Bocas area, we can also schedule you for the afternoon shuttle back to Puerto Viejo or San Jose.
Day 10:
Morning or afternoon transportation to San Jose by minibus shuttle for a 1-night stay at Colours Oasis or Grano de Oro. Evening on your own to explore.
Day 11:
Depart for San Jose Airport in one of our private taxis, this will all be arranged based on your departing flight times

Departures are daily from San Jose or Liberia airports. You can also begin the packages from almost any other location in the country, but this may affect the cost and schedule. There is an additional cost for a return to Liberia airport.
